• Job Details:rsee logistics of delivery schedules, warehouse storage, and inventory controls Coordinate with project teams on MEP equipment installation plans, site readiness, and safety protocols Track and expedite orders to ensure timely arrival of needed MEP equipment Manage relationships with key MEP vendors and suppliers, address any issues with shipments or equipment Maintain master database of approved MEP vendors, catalog equipment specifications, pricing Analyze spending and usage data to identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency Collaborate with and influence Engineering and Design Authority to develop a cost-competitive solution. Analyze data for better market and for solving problems using Excel for visualization presentations and make sure all stages of the project are well done in time and perfectly to avoid risks. Develop technical specifications and scopes of work for engineering firms and contractors, and review Supplier/Vendor data sheets responsible for the preparation of the project cost estimating sheets & cost control of the required elements and types of equipment.

• Job Details:- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change - Designing, implementing and executing other companies that deal with our organization -Diagnose problems with electrical components via analyses of data and performance, troubleshooting, and equipment inspections -Develop technical specifications and scopes of work for engineering firms and contractors, and review Supplier/Vendor data sheets -Lead and conduct internal failure analysis, working closely with Operations and Asset Management personnel -Assist with Interconnection design and equipment selection -Collaborate with automation system Project Engineers and Development Managers to provide project support for development, design and cost estimation activities -Assist Project Development Managers with technical aspects of customer presentations -Assist with the preparation of the project cost estimating sheets -Perform system energy modelling and energy estimates using plc design software and classic control -Provided technical support to customers by phone, email and on-site
