• Job Details:- Responsible for submitting the converted POs to the suppliers. - Follow up with foreign suppliers on the opened orders to be delivered on the right time with the right quantity. - Manage to resolve any issues related to the deliveries whether with the warehouse or the procurement. - Corresponds with foreign suppliers to get price offers. - Corresponds with Foreign suppliers on delivery schedules and terms of payment. - Notifies the designated department to effect insurance if required. - Liaises with freight forwarders who make freight and space bookings with airline or shipping companies. - Contacts senders to rectify shortages or to arrange replacement of damaged goods. - Maintains records of receipts and ensures that imported item has been delivered. - Communicates with foreign suppliers for any inquiries or complaints that may arise. - Support day to day management of issues associated with late deliveries, damaged stock and Quality Failures. - Handle and ensure on-going Measurement of supplier Performance through Creation of Approved supplier List. - Responsible For Re-Registration Project with Regulatory Affairs Department.
