• Job Details:When i first started working , i was a technical support agent for Microsoft's project "xbox" . Four months later, i was promoted to become a chat agent . Later, i started acting as Tier2 representative ( handling cases for resigned agents, handling supervisor calls , managing breaks and schedules for agents ) and that's what i continue to do until now.
