• Job Details:Since 2010, I have been working in various educational institutions. As Head of the English department, Academic Coordinator and education consultant and English teacher. I have focused on providing an impactful learning environment and improving student achievement. Currently, I provide students with the IGCSE ESL syllabus provided by CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Examinations), Edexcel (Pearson Examinations) and Oxford AQA (Oxford International) students to facilitate students' goal-reaching process in some of My master’s in education, PGCE and hands-on teaching experience in mainstreaming education combined with my familiarity with modern teaching strategies empower me. I am confident in my capability to provide the school with high leadership and teaching services standards. I have international school experience, positive leadership and mentor attitude, and success in mentoring my team members and teaching high school students. This experience has instilled a strong desire to promote students' learning, which would help them in their eventual careers. My primary reasons for my promotions were my ability to create clear and concise learning objectives and the knowledge of using innovative, appropriate, and differentiated instructional methods. I am confident about my subject knowledge, creating a student centre environment and making it an exciting subject using contemporary resources and materials to keep students interested. Being both academic coordinator and consultant allows me to maintain regular communication among various topics, share plans, and update students’ data with the school system to make me ready to move to leadership. I am a ceaseless learner who got award certificates from each place I worked. I am interested in educational, international schools with excellent track records that apply integrated curriculum and maintain an exceptional level of technology integration. It stimulates both teachers and students to be more talented.
