• Job Details:Managed large-scale multi-disciplinary highway and civil engineering projects. Led work-sharing efforts with multiple HDR offices to meet schedule and expertise requirements. Managed prime contracts with multiple subconsultants for both public and private sector clients. Responsible for client development, maintaining relationships, marketing opportunities, and proposal development for the $12 Million goal/year market sector within the Transportation Group. Nine direct reports (eight engineers, and one CAD technician) working on Highway, Local Roadway, Airport, Railway, and Site Civil projects. Led local office Project Management training courses. Taught Applied Project Management, an HDR developed 3-day course to mimic PMP certification for Senior Project Managers within HDR.

Construction Services ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Laboratory manager of small (13 person) geotechnical / materials testing consulting engineering firm. Responsible for up to eight inspectors, laboratory, and testing technicians evaluating materials for new construction compliant with applicable codes and ASTM/AASHTO specifications.
