Customer Account Manager

• Job Details:Direct communication with clients to understand their technical requirements and needs, following up on requested modifications and ensuring they are implemented accurately as per client demands, coordinating with the team to ensure timely delivery of projects, delivering projects to clients after reviewing modifications and ensuring the quality of the final product.

Data Entry

• Job Details:Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners, type in data provided directly from customers, create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, verify data by comparing it to source documents, sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
