          • Job Details:Full control of online channels: Website, social media, and all kinds of company communications o Implement marketing activities: call or email suppliers on daily basis to follow up on the progress of the marketing projects (brochures, advertisements, documentaries, e-blasts, etc…) Revise the work received from the suppliers and report progress to the brand manager. o Prepare weekly status report: prepare a report highlighting the assigned tasks, their progress, and the next steps. Prepare reports on attended events and demonstrate the return on investment in each event. o Prepare for heads meetings: responsible for arranging heads meetings, setting dates, preparing and sending meeting agendas, and consolidating presentations of all the departments’ heads. o Customer’s satisfaction and handling: handle angry customers, fire emails and social media comments, prepare and proceed surveys with customers to maintain the quality of service
