Quality Systems Coordinator

• Job Details:Planning and coordinating quality, food safety committee’s activities including quarterly meetings, product non-conformity corrective action, internal audits, training and maintenance of relevant documentations. Leading and coordinating management review meetings on a monthly basis liaising with regulatory bodies (KEBS, DOSH, NEMA) on all matters relating to quality and safety environmental to ensure total compliance to relevant requirements. Developing, implementing and maintaining safety, health, environmental and other relevant policies and procedures in line with the strategic direction of the organization. Setting and reviewing products and production process performance indicators and providing necessary input for continual improvement. Planning on monitoring and verification of the systems through internal and external audits.

Quality Assurance Supervisor

• Job Details:Ensure receipt of quality packaging and raw materials and conduct supplier audits. Putting controls and systems for monitoring production processes (in-process checks) during production and on final product release to ensure delivery of safe product to the market. Documenting procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, HACCPs and GMP records. Training sales staff on the technical details of products and handling. Participate in product launches and branding, working with food regulation bodies like KEBS, on product registrations & compliance. Developing QC laboratories with qualified personnel and equipment, product development, handling customer complaints, product recalls and returns.
