• Job Details:Trainee at MONEYVAL - Committee against Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism. As an Evaluations Assistant, I conducted evaluations on several Member States, analysing their legal and political framework in the fight against crime and corruption. I applied the evaluations system of the Financial Action Task Force. Moreover, I conducted research on Human Trafficking; Anti-Corruption; Cybercrime; Online Money Laundering (e.g. by the use of Bitcoin) and Human Rights in the Anti-Money Laundering/Financing of Terrorism network.

Advocacy AssistantInternship

• Job Details:Advocacy Assistant at Fard Foundation - an Egyptian NGO for (Syrian) refugees. As a summer assistant, I supported the Advocacy and Programmes Manager initiating new programmes for the integration of (Syrian) refugees into Egyptian society. Particularly I worked on a new theater show, for which I conducted research on similar shows.

Communications AssistantInternship

• Job Details:Communications Assistant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Department of Communications - EU Presidency 2016. During the Dutch EU Presidency of 2016, I worked as a Communications Assistant. I was responsible for several Public programs; including school visits, ministerial conferences and youth programs. I worked, for example, on a guest lesson program in which Dutch officials would provide a course on the European Union at high schools. I also coordinated journalist programs for youth.
