• Job Details:• Receiving reservations from Travel Agencies abroad, for individuals and groups. • Handling those requests from A to Z, quoting packages, discussing rates with hotels sales and other suppliers for obtaining better rates for groups, blocking spaces at hotels, arranging tours, sightseeing, meet and assist and transfers .. etc. • Quoting packages, making breakdowns, proposals, and offering optional tours and services which fit for the requested dates and timing which is demand has to be fulfilled as a tour consultant in addition to following up the payment from abroad agencies and checking the bills coming from suppliers in Egypt.
