• Job Details:Functional Duties - Advice on improvement projects in the quality and production departments. - Design of flow Diagrams, software requirements to the implementation of a customized ERP system. - Elaborating or update SOPs, jobs descriptions and responsibilities. - Trainer to administrative workers on the use of MS Excel advanced and other ofimatic applications. - Design of an ofimatic (VSA / Excel) engineering application for the analysis and calculation of thermal loads for air conditioning systems and calculation of AHU, ducts, insulation with their material lists & costs. - Support to HHRR in the selection of workers (recruitment, selection and acculturation), analysis and evaluation of competences.

• Job Details:- Responsible for continuously monitoring the Plant’s critical streams to ensure balanced operation rates and optimum operations. - Provide maintenance and troubleshooting assistance in the manufacturing processes. - Supervise operations in control rooms during sequential start-ups, shutdowns and emergencies. - Ensuring the guidelines deliveries to manage and reduce negative impact during interruptions or emergencies and analyze and investigate quality defects for root cause and help improve manufacturing system efficiency. - Delivering the process conditions optimized and monitor production processes and activities to ensure they are compliant with the EHS guidelines. - Monitoring and adjust production processes or equipment to ensure quality production and productivity. - Relay production constraints to the business and provide accurate information to the production plan. - Making monthly reports of productivity and process performance indicators (KPIs) - Keep operational all equipment and machines by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer’s instructions and procedures. - Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance. - Maintain professional and technical knowledge updated by attending educational workshops.
