• Job Details:Part of the tendering team at the head office in the foundations department. - Studying new projects at its tender stage, preparing cost studies, bill of quantities, baseline time schedules, method statements, shop drawings, design review and all the requirements needed by the client. - Preparing cash flows, direct and indirect studies. - Prepared detailed estimates for various mega projects and detailed budgets. - Involved in project’s contracts reviewing, and procurement phases. - Ensured all relevant documents for bid proposals are accurate. - Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and issuing of all technical documents. - Shortlisted subcontractors and negotiated offers to optimize the budget. - Studied design drawings to prevent and resolve clashes among disciplines. - Following up with existing projects, conducting meetings with the subcontractors and clients at site and sending daily progress updates

Junior Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Dealt with sub-contractors on two buildings in the finishing phase which includes firefighting, floorings, ceilings, walls, paint, facades, electricity, and drainage system. - Preparing subcontractors’ invoices with the quantities of works performed and handing in works to the client. - Responsible for a building in the construction stage which includes concrete, formwork, and reinforcement steel.
