Managed overall operations of two departments, which contained 20 metro stations and main depot headquarters buildings; ensured delivery of design, procurement of material and equipment were approved and available on time for construction. Further responsibilities included the management of MEP Testing and Commissioning at both depot headquarters and 20 Metro stations. Key Personal Achievements: LUSAIL - Red, Yellow, and Green Line Metro Stations (20 in Total) and Depot Headquarters £150M M&E  Personally, selected for the management of a second major MEP/ Architectural department due to my ongoing management style on 16 metro stations.  Obtained MEP design from three design companies and assured 100% completion and sign off from independent checking engineer six weeks before deadlines.  Identified needs for skills improvement and developed company mentoring system for all junior engineers, enhancing their knowledge and efficiency. QEMG / REDCO, Doha Qatar 2014 to 2016 Project Manager Directed a team of more than 50 employees of two departments and designers to ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks. Improved overall operational performance by analysing and addressing design issues and delays, which required micro management and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Mitigated and avoided any delay by focusing on increasing team focus on construction work. Key Personal Achievements: T B Hospital Project £20M M&E  Spearheaded overall MEP aspects of project to confirm completion within time and under budget.  Communicated with client to assure delivery of projects according to their requirements and specifications.  Successfully achieved practical completion, which was “snag free“, on the very 1st tuberculous hospital within the Gulf regions and was a rewarding personal achievement
