• Job Details:• Apply sound systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving vendor quality issues. • Trading activities with domestic, intercompany and international market. • Planning for materials based on the MRP output & handling process orders (creation, Issuance & reporting). • Plan for Raw materials required & handle intercompany purchasing activity, forecast, scheduling & procurement of materials. • Maintaining the integrity of the certified quality system requirements with lean, cost effective strategies that meet the organization’s needs. • Ensuring product volumes, and order flow optimized in order to achieve sales objectives. • Customer relationship management, assessment with existing customers and as well as new customers. • Monitoring inventory control activity in the store, import material ordering and procurement process. • Co-ordinating with logistics team and warehouse team for On-time material receipt to warehouse & delivery to end customer end. • Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment and Supplier Performance. • Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance • Ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment. • Involved in selling off excess, damaged and inventory and stock. • Handling independently entire supply chain process inbound & outbound for automotive division. • Improved supplier quality by coordinating corrective actions. • Ensure implementation of Quality Procedure.
