• Job Details: Supervised two projects (two units for production of Lime Kiln and CO2) from beginning to end (installing, commissioning, start-up and reception), side industrial electrical and instrumentation. The main duties that are performed for the two units during construction are: Made a list of instrument index (type of instrument, hookup drawing, P&ID drawing, loop number, I/O type, range with engineering unit, range of calibration, instrument data sheet, loop drawing, system control to which it belongs PLC or DCS). Installed electrical equipments (MCC, electrical motors, inverter, UPS). Electrical motors wired (power and control). Installed the sensors of temperature, pressure, flow measurement, and wired to the RIO of PLC Siemens 300/400. Intervene on MCC cabinet (diagnostic, find and solves problems, change the failed equipments like contactor, circuit breaker, thermal relay). Worked on inverter YASKAWA (configuration and change the parameters). Ensured the proper functioning of the instruments and control system (PLC Siemens Step7 300/400). Programming, Update and Modification of PLC program.
