• Job Details:Maintenance Mechanical Section Head - Saint-Gobain  lead mechanical team to achieve maintenance targets in both Float Glass plant & Mirror plant  Insure KPI s are achieved and create the action planes required to fill the gaps between results and targets  insure all safety rules and routines are followed in my section .  led new miga and medium projects " I was the mechanical responsible for New Mirror plant project starting from line design through line acceptance test in China then factory acceptance test and installation in Egypt and finally now responsible for plant maintenance "  Lead the team through WCM, lean and six sigma projects to improve machine breakdowns create new AM programs, reduce process time and improve process quality  Reducing INVENTORY COST  Lead the team during special maintenance and overhauling  Working in Reducing the Maintenance cost.
