The agile project methodology was used to ensure for enhancement and improvement as the case arises. The following activities were done * Business Process Requirement Analysis * Fit to Gap analysis to align application functionality with the current business process * Preparation of Solution design, Fit to Gap Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Key and End User Training manuals etc documentation * Designing the responsibilities matrix for the various MDA's based on business requirement * Application setup for iRecruitment and Performance management, these include flex field setup, profile options setup, Permission Grant setup, definition of competencies and setup, eligibility profile setup.
