• Job Details:Preparation of BOQ for architecture and civil scopes. Peroral requested QS works (civil, architectural finish in works… etc.) according to ongoing works. Compare quantity survey quotes with the actual implemented work. Supervise studying the aspects, BOQ, drawings, and RFQ. Negotiate with supplier/subcontractor to reach the optimum price with the enquired specifications. Developing alternative technical solutions satisfy customer needs. Follow upon orders placed with suppliers/subcontractors. Coordinate with the site for on-time delivery. Visit sites, suppliers, and factories regularly and when needed. Review, monitor and advise the site PM/CM/recon all requests for additional payment including measurement and claim submitted by the contractor.
