• Monitoring the vehicles supply and provide early notification in case of any delays or data changes.
• Handling the cars process logistics within the Sales Department and coordinate with all the showrooms Managers, MBEg, and the sister companies to assure an organized and timely process is being implemented to enhance the delivery process to the end users.
• Prepare the second level employees in the operation department.
• Liaison with the Business Development Department in various functions to assure a smooth work flow between the Sales Department and the Business Development Department.
• Liaison with the Customer Relation Department in various functions to assure a smooth work flow between the Sales Department and the Customer Relation Department also to assure the required data of the client is being supplied timely to maintain the Customer data base.
• Responsible for conducting relevant automatic product knowledge training to the sales team in coordination with MBEg.
• Coordinating with the showrooms Managers to facilitate the cars displays as planned with the Sales Manager.
• Coordinating with the Finance department to plan and organize the needed fund for the cars purchases and also the in-flow fund forecast.
• Enhancing the delivery process to ensure the smooth system to the customers convenient and reduce the time and eliminate any delivery errors.
• Following up the car value collection to enhance the delivery process.
