- Job Details:• All tasks related to after sales customer relation as well as presenting the company's communication channels and clarifications on bills, services, forms. • Provide quality service to all clients. • Setup meetings for new business, presentations, regular meetings with client. • Own the relationship between the client and the company. • Ensure timely bill delivery and follow-up for collection of premium. • Collect due premiums, hold harmless and advance payments from the clients. • Clarify with the client the bill format and due payment dates, claim submission procedures, and how to use "MEDGULF services". • Help in medical approvals and claims payment cycle where needed. • Fill the meeting re-cape form covering the minutes of the meeting with the clients and to be sent by email. • Preparing monthly reports currently effective member, members' detailed utilization & statement of account. • Work with underwriters to amend policies where necessary in order to meet client demand. • Responsible for addition, cancellation, transfer and upgrade requests during policy, submit it to issuance team after careful reviewing according to agreed rule mentioned on SLA. • Checking all medical cards after issuing before sending it to our client to avoid any mistake. • Serving one of VIP clients in Medgulf, Majid Al Futtaim (Carrefour) with 15 sub-groups, dealing with more than 30 person from HR team. • Issuing all invoices manually including (additions, cancellations, transfers, upgrades) for 15 branches in a separate payment requests. • Reviewing all recovery notes manually. • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and satisfaction • Responsible for reviewing the claims of each client through the consumption report and ensuring that it is recorded in line with the table of benefits. • Sending a detailed report of all the notes that must be fixed to the Director of the Claims Department and following up on them to ensure that they are amended and to avoid any similar errors later, which consequently affect the pricing because of entering misplaced claims. • Review the rejected outside medical network claims with Reimbursement doctors and work to resolve them with HR (if possible) to ensure members satisfaction. • Work with the IT team to make improvements to the claims system to avoid any human errors that may occur either in issuing approvals from the medical department or entering them with the claims department. • Coordinate with both medical teams and service providers to manage cases in the most efficient manner to maintain client's consumption and better fit their desired budget. • Responsible for the new implementation of our first operation with our new risk carrier. • Responsible to serve more than 18,000 members from company portfolio with a value of more than 70 million Egyptian Pounds.
