• Job Details:- IoT Products' Life Cycle Management, and strategic planning. - Assess compatibility of IoT applications for existing & new platforms. - Work with Product Division side to develop the ability of online software updates for connected units (OTA), to improve its efficiency and users' experience. - Responsible for developing the business and technical collaboration with third party ecosystem, for example, Google Home Assist, Amazon Alexa, Siri, IFTTT,.... - Work with third parties for introducing smart applications for improved user-friendly experience. - Work with IT dept. to collect connected devices data on the cloud for consumers' behavior analysis. - Analyze consumers' behavior for improving product features & applications. - Work with aftersales team & third parties to develop iMaintenance applications for pre visits diagnosis, Use online diagnosis for connected devices to identify failures and needed spare parts to close consumers' complaints from 1st visit. - Arrange market surveys & collect consumer Insights, Arrange Routine Market visits to collect market info and consumers' needs, Collect consumer insights to understand the demand and pain point of using our products, then output the results to the related depts. to improve the products and services. - Manage smart applications & products Specs. benchmark with the competitors. - Perform IoT technology & applications introduction trainings, prepare the necessary training packages to arrange internal (sales & after sales) or external (consultants, contractors & projects' owners) trainings & introduction sessions.

• Job Details:1- Industry 4.0& Digital Transformation: Creating and leading the implementation of a 5 Years roadmap for digital transformation that contains below topics: - Digital Applications: Digitizing and simplifying routine jobs in different departments to achieve savings in effort, Time, and money, and increase the quality of information. - IoT: examples on internet of things could be (MES: Manufacturing Execution Server, EMS: Energy monitoring system, CMS: Condition Monitoring System,…..) - Big Data Analysis: Data could be magic if it was well engineered, Structured, and historically stored, Software working on big data analysis could identify patterns and predict scenarios, It will be very helpful in many future projects for maintenance, quality, and other departments. - VR & AR: Both Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality could be used for many applications in safety, Production, and maintenance, to create simulations, Training material, and enhance reality for better judgements and safer working environment. 2-Industrial Network Cybersecurity: - Responsible for ensuring that all our industrial networks and applications are having all the needed security measures like (Antivirus updates, Windows Security Patches, Application Security check lists, penetration Tests) - Inventory of all our industrial network items (Switches, Sensors, Servers,.....) - Following locally the implementation of a global cybersecurity action plan with the global cybersecurity officer.
