- Job Details:• Planning, Creating, implementing and developing a human resources model specific to the organization. • Revising, implementing and developing policies and procedure through the employee handbook. • Preparing and updating the HR department reports. • Ensuring HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies, procedures and Egyptian labor law. • Appraising employees’ results; counseling, coordinating and initiating the performance action / development plan if needed to be aligned with the management. • Recommending the training annual agenda by studying the staff needs. • Updating and maintaining payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in job titles, income Taxes, insurance coverage (social & medical), bonuses and deductions. • Preparing and calculating the employees' payroll transactions. • Preparing reports by compiling summaries of payroll transactions analysis, insurance payments (social, medical) and employees’ headcount. • Preparing employees’ leaves effects (annual leaves, other vacations (public, sick, maternity& UPL). • Maintaining employees' benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; conducting orientation sessions on benefit programs. • Providing historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems. • Complying with Social insurance and Egyptian labor law requirements by studying existing and new legislation and advising management on needed actions. • Managing the terminations and resignations procedures, conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes and working on retention if needed. • Creating and implementing a solid Employment Filing System related to the governmental insurance and labor offices, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, insurance files and documents. • Conferring with management to answering employees’ queries, if it's related to management decisions. • Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. •Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. • Improving organizational attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks. • Managing the purchasing processes for materials and supplies by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices. • Identifying needs; evaluating options; Provide supplies for work offices, and break area; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
