• Job Details:Domain Services:  Responsible for 20 Branches up to 700 users over Egypt connected through (MPLS/3G/Microwave) Connection.  Restructure, enhanced and problems solved.  Configure GPOs, Create, maintain and update users.  Implement Microsoft Infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP and WSUS).  Troubleshooting Active Directory replication problems.  Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords-mails etc.  Answering technical queries and assisting users or IT Technical Support.  Apply Systems Security (Systems Security Policies and Validating Users’ Information.  Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operations of the Systems to ensure that the up time, performance, resources, and security of the computers meet the Company needs.  Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.  Performing routine audits of systems and software.  Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.  Create and update technical documentation for Server and Products. Mail System:  Administering Exchange 2013 (Operational Tasks).  Upgrade The Exchange 2013 to latest Cumulative Updates CU11. VMware System:  Implement the VMware VSphere Environment 5.5 on 6 IBM H22 Blade Servers.  Implement the vCenter Management and configure the Virtual system infrastructure. 3-Upgrade the VMware VSphere Environment from 5.5 to 6.0 u1.  Responsible for Planning, Designing, Deployment, Administering, Management and configuration of VMware ESXi 6, manage over 150 VMs infrastructure with VMware vCenter.  Implement VMware Horizon 6.2 in VDI Solution for Salesman. Backup System:  Implement Backup Exec 2012 Solution.  Upgrade to Backup Exec 2015.  Manage and implement Backup jobs in Backup Exec 2015.  Manage and implement Veeam Backup and Replication for VMs.  Upgrade Veeam Backup and Replication to version 9.0.  Taking a Backup in Alternative Location (External Hard Disks) Manual in case of Backup Failure.  Solid knowledge with Netapp Storage.  Solid knowledge with IBM - Storwize V3700. Microsoft Lync:  Implement Microsoft Lync Server 2013.  Integrate Microsoft Lync Server 2013 With the ELastix VoIP System.  Upgrade Microsoft Lync Server 2013 to Skype for Business 2015. Data Center:  Participate in Moving the Datacenter from site to another site. Kaspersky:  Manage Kaspersky admin kit Servers.  Deploy Kaspersky Net Agent to all Domain Computers.  Define Tasks and Policies. SharePoint:  Implementing and configure SharePoint Server 2013.  Configure Web Apps and Site Collections in SharePoint Server 2013.  Design, Projects, Survey for IT Department and Infrastructure website. Documentation:  Write all the documentation which is related to system department.  Document all Disaster Recoveries for our infrastructure Environment.
