• Job Details:responsible of: Giving consultations about the Costing Techniques & Allocations, Keeping records of all the expenses & expenses Analysis, Defining cost centers and how to allocate expenses to them, Recording the journal entries for the costing department & how to reconcile with the financial department, Performing the Breakeven Point Analysis, Calculating the Breakeven Point for each product, implementing the costing system & making sure the inputs and the updates of (BOMs, Work Centers, Routing, Overheads) are accurate and realistic, Calculating the Standard Cost for current and prospected Products, Making sure the production orders; and all their details; are well-revised and the actual cost is well-calculated, Generating summary and detailed reports such as; Flexible Budgets, Cost Variances (Materials, Manufacturing and Overhead), Actual Cost of Products, Products Costs Statement, Halts and Waste details (with their effect on cost) by Production line or by Products, Comparisons of Productivity, Efficiency and Lost Production for each Production line or Product, Overhead Details and Comparisons with the Actual Overhead; and so many other Reports, Recommending solutions for reducing/eliminating the unnecessary factors which adds to the costs for the purposes of reducing costs and remove bottle-neck obstacles.
