• Job Details:• Offering comprehensive support and technical guidance on the utilization of all Belimo products to Regional Sales Managers, Regional Application Consultants, and their respective customers. • Crafting quotations and assisting with valve selection for RSMs as needed. • Introducing and providing training on new products to RSMs, RACs, and SSEs. • Collaborating with Product Management/Headquarters to offer technical solutions on all Belimo products. • Participating in advanced training sessions and sales meetings. • Increasing awareness of the retrofit potential of Belimo products. • Maintaining meticulous records of inquiries, quotations, and project folders. • Reviewing and approving all incoming purchase orders before processing. • Overseeing valve configuration and calibration as required. • Conducting testing on all returned faulty products. • Managing after-sales technical tickets, Q-cases, and warranty claims. • Providing support at exhibitions. • Assisting in sales promotions, including email campaigns and media advertising. • Contributing to the production of targeted documentation and presentations. • Organizing customer trainings and seminars as needed.
