• Job Details:Which’s I Responsible for all procedures of personnel affairs, social insurance and labor relations, including appointment procedures, fulfilling the justifications for appointment and work contract, preparing the worker’s file, preparing salary items, calculating the insurance contribution wage, preparing a form (1) to start a subscription and its attachments, submitting it to the relevant insurance office on legal dates, and preparing the labor office registration certificate And re-sending it to the Labor Office issued by it on the legal dates, calculating the dues of the National Social Insurance Organization monthly, following up on their payment for more than (35) insurance facilities, calculating the monthly dues of the Labor Office (workers emergency benefit fund) and following up on their payment, as well as following up on daily resignations, preparing the end-of-service form and delivering all the covenants or Calculating the end-of-service benefits and then also calculating the effects of the monthly salary, calculating overtime, penalties and allowances, preparing a structure for wages, annual bonuses and job titles, preparing a form (2) to amend annual wages and delivering it to all specialized insurance offices at the level of the Arab Republic of Egypt for more than (1,000) employees annually and adopting special regulations Regulating work and penalties from the Ministry of Power Employment and immigration and preparing all internal forms for the management of personnel affairs, social insurance and labor relations.
