• Job Details:. Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy. . Interviewing applicants. . Administering pre-employment tests. . Assisting with completing background investigations. . Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations. . Analyzing job duties. . Writing job descriptions. . Performing job evaluations and job analyses. . Conducting and analyzing compensation surveys. . Conducting training sessions. . Administering on-the-job training programs. . Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. . Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs. . Develops audit plans and performs initial and follow-up audits in accordance with professional standards. . Prepares and presents the results of audit work and recommendations to management in the form of oral and written communications. . Conducting regular reviews and audits of the company’s business activities. . Evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls . . Identifying and reporting on areas of weakness in internal controls and business practices. . Offering recommendations to manage risk, and encourage compliance with existing internal controls and external requirements. . Preparing an audit work program with a focus on the specific risks to be addressed. . Maintaining comprehensive work papers and audit trail. . Providing analysis that may lead to enhanced security and operational efficiencies.
