• Job Details:Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions with accounting standards, Taxes, Banks, Government and other financial regulations, Conducting financial analysis, Making financial decisions and preparing accurate financial reports in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update the company's chart of accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxes, banks, government regulations, and other financial regulations - Perform financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights to support financial decision-making - Review financial transactions and records to ensure accuracy and completeness - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support decision-making - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve the company's financial performance - Provide guidance and support to other members of the finance team as needed - Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - CPA certification preferred - 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards - Experience with financial analysis and reporting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
