Boiler Operator

• Job Details:Equipment maintenance - control of boilers (steam and hot water), pumps, heat exchangers and other equipment. Maintaining optimal equipment operating parameters, such as pressure, temperature and water level parameter monitoring. Regularly monitoring instrument readings (pressure gauges, thermometers, level gauges). Monitoring the operation of automatic control systems equipment startup and shutdown. Preparing boilers for startup. Carrying out the boiler startup and shutdown procedure in accordance with established regulations ensuring safety. Monitoring the serviceability of protection and signaling systems. Taking measures in emergency situations (e.g. steam leakage, pressure increase above normal). Documentation - filling in shift logs of equipment operation - recording parameters and reporting on boiler operation.

HVAC Design Engineer

• Job Details:Designed and installed internal heating systems for residential properties, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort. Conducted heat load calculations to determine the right size and type of heating equipment for each home. Installed and maintained boilers, heat pumps, and radiant floor heating systems. Worked closely with architects and builders to integrate heating systems into house designs.
