  • Job Details:1-Reviewing contract technical documents workshop drawings to ensure that testing, adjusting, and balancing could be done according to the latest NEBB standards and project specifications. 2-Carrying out site visits during construction to ensure that all installations and supplied equipment are as per approved drawings and submittals. Submit site-visit reports including all deficiencies and corrective actions and produce the checklists for every system for the pre-functional readiness check report. 3-Testing, adjusting, and balancing all HVAC systems and equipment’s under project specifications including: 1. Airside systems equipment’s performance tests including the air handling units (AHU’s), fan coil units (FCU’s), the different types of ventilation and smoke fans, and variable air volume terminals (VAV’s and CAV’s). 2. Chilled waterside systems equipment’s performance tests including the chillers, chilled water pumps, cooling towers, and condenser water pumps. 3. Complete testing and balancing for applicable ducted systems. 4. complete testing and balancing for static chilled water systems and verification works for the dynamic balancing systems. 5. Staircase pressurization systems verifications tests and Smoke management systems verification tests. 4- Submitting periodic work status reports for all TAB activities to monitor the progress of the works. 5- Submitting testing, adjusting, and balancing final report including all HVAC tested equipment and systems combined with a list of defective items. 6- Review design drawings and highlight commission ability issues to the design team. 7- The final handover documentation submittals. 8- Prepare Operation, maintenance, and training manuals.
