SMT Operation Process and Production ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management. - Provide action plan (yearly, monthly) with needs to for production Improvement and discuss with senior management. - In consultation with the appropriate manager, recruit, interview and select staff with appropriate skills for the project activities. - Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization. - Manage new model’s preparation Process with related departments (R&D and purchasing) to achieve the plan. - Develop and implement innovations in SMT lines to increase throughput of the production line. - Do Programming, operation, in-process troubleshooting and calibration for SMD Machines (Screen Printer, SPI, Mounter, Reflow and AOI). - Development and implementation of scheduled maintenance programs, lubrication plan, overhauls, outages, inspection, draft tasks, instruction books, procedures, checklist and emergency response programs. - Production report analysis (efficiency, defects, material loss …etc.). - Manuals and Tutorial Materials preparing for Supervisor Technicians and Technicians. - Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required quality level. - Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.

Samsung Product and SVC SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:1- Supervise and follow SVC Process for all Samsung Business Screens (LED-LFD and Hospitality) Including HW and SW Maintenance. 2- Register and review all Service Orders through Samsung Systems (GSPN and GSBN). 3- Installation and Operation for all Samsung Smart Signage products (LED-LFD, video walls and IWBs). 4- Programming and Control Samsung Products through Samsung Smart Solutions (MagicInfo Author, Server and Video Wall).

Asst. Supervisor Electrical Product EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1- SMD-Department Process modify related to PE (Product Engineer) Department. 2- Make new models preparation plan and follow all related departments (Purchasing, SMD, PBA, Assembly, Quality…etc.) to achieve that plan. 3- Support (SMD - PBA - Assembly) Production lines to reach to the highest performance and keeps on. 4- Production VOCs investigate, report and follow with Head Quarter in Korea. 5- Passed the Head Quarter Examination of work-in-process. 6- Circuit analysis, Troubleshooting, Reading electrical design specifications and technical drawings. 7- Have knowledge of electronics testing equipment (Lecroy testing device) .
