• Job Details:Ensure no material shortage while maintaining appropriate stock level, developing relations with suppliers and improving supply chain. Reporting to” Procurement Manager and Logistics Manager”. - Main responsibility: 1.Analysing shortage report. Take actions to avoid material shortage 2.Material requirement analysis 3.Issuing orders and forecasts 4.Building and maintaining of supply chain 5.Flow of deliveries control 6.Material change control 7.Analysis of change and arranging airfreight 8.Monitor inbound and tracking the containers 9.Quality control of supply chain (issuing LCRs) 10. Chasing the suppliers (overdue orders) 11. Support other sites with material 12. Prepare invoices and receipt material to ware house 13. Make a special analysis (material control)for the new production lines 14. Make a stock take 15. Create a new budget for raw materials 16. Deal with suppliers with the different incoterms 17. Aware with all process in warehouse (loading-unloading) containers 18. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals 19. Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance 20. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

• Job Details: Handle indirect material stock to provide internal customers with on time deliveries of indirect materials while maintaining accurate stocks and appropriate house keeping level - Main responsibility: 1. Handling indirect material operation 2. Supporting buyer with delegated purchasing activities 3. Reporting stock level, alarming when below levels safety stock 4. Ensuring correct house keeping in the area 5. Ability to drive and control forklift
