Foreign Purchasing
1. Responsible for administration and procurement tasks as follows procedures.
Receiving purchase orders from planning department make contact with suppliers to get offers.
1. Search for suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production, the supplier's reputation and history.

2. Buy better quality supplies. Analyze price proposals and other data and information to determine reasonable prices.

3. Ensuring on time delivery of the required quantities after having the necessary approvals

Check the market prices regularly to evaluate the open contracts prices.
4. Organizing incoming shipments.
- Documentation.
- Follow up shipments with shipping line.
- Responsible for follow up all the customs procedures.
- Reviews and analyze the stock level to develop the optimum stock.



For the Export
- Contact Shipping Lines & Forwarders.
- Prepare all the required documents for implementing the export process.
- Responsible for handling all banks procedures (LC’s/LG/Transferable LC).
- Responsible for all Logistics procedures (Import & Export).

• Prepare Monthly Report including all the activities in all departments (Finance, HR & administrations, sales and Logistics) and Ensure clear communication between different departments.
• Attend all meetings with CEO’s and supervise taking minutes.
• Handle all corporate correspondences & emails & follow up on it.
• Responsible for Public Relations & Media Part.
• Handle all related travel arrangements of all staff.
• Timely order of stationery and office requirements.
• Manage the receptionists and coordinate office assistants’ tasks.
• Insurance policies for cars, offices, trucks, medical, life, etc…
• Arranging special events (Ramadan, sales, marketing, etc...
• Proactively making suggestions for improvements in office procedure.
• Handle corporate affairs.
• Ensure proper update of company info at company’s authority and commercial registries.
• Communicate with external legal authorities and consultants.
