• Job Details:Gained knowledge of sensors used to monitor critical plant parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow and level. Gained knowledge of transmitters that convert signals from sensors into standard instrumentation outputs. Observed the use of self-operated PSV and PRV valves for emergency and controlled pressure release. Gained insights into the role of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) in automating and maintaining optimal conditions in boiler, compressor, and refrigeration units. Developed knowledge in safety protocols regarding H2S gas, process flow diagrams, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, boilers, and gas turbines.
