• Job Details:Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, washing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment, assisting in food preparation and handling, disposing of waste properly, organizing and storing kitchen supplies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting the kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Job Details:Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food. Ensure that all standards are maintained relative to food safety. Train staff in food packaging and sanitation, and safety procedures. Clearing the food packaging area away at the end of the day. Reporting all incidents/accidents to the catering manager.

Steward/Kitchen Assistant

• Job Details:Working in a busy catering environment, serving hot dinners, clearing tables, general upkeep of the kitchen and dining area. Serving food to guests and helping the cooks in the preparation of food including breakfast, lunches & dinner. Duties include supervising, coordinating and scheduling the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food, ensuring that all standards are maintained relative to food safety, training staff in food packaging and sanitation, and safety procedures.
