I have worked as an HR Manager , I managed to rising number of employees from 26 persons up to 86 persons

I have also managed to convince the upper management to let go of their old habit of hiring on the basis of personal relation and to adapt more scientific way on hiring new recruits on the basis of education, knowledge, adaptation, experience,
