• Job Details:-Lead information technology department for HPH business units in Egypt. • Lead strategies for digital transformation, automation, centralization, standardization, cyber security, and regional operation center “ROC” that support business strategy. • Responsible for all green fields and expansion mega projects in the region. • Develop and implement robust IT policies and operating procedures that provide essential services to stakeholders. • Manage IT 5 years budgets for the company, and lead all projects related to selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems. • Lead implementation for HPH’s terminal operating system “TOS” with all related projects and support services. • Lead implementation projects for state of the arts ERP all modules (Financial and non-financial) with global integration. • Lead terminal projects for private 4G/5G (data & voice) and wireless to achieve End-to-End automated solution. • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and improve customer experience with technology-led services business transformation. • Advise senior management on strategic systems conversions and integrations which support the business goals and objectives. • Identify viable opportunities for IT innovation and transformation to support digital business transformation strategy. • Direct the reengineering of business processes and systems to achieve maximum efficiency. • Develop the company business continuity plan (BCP) and disaster recovery plan (DRP) to ensure continuous 24/7 operation and avoid any business interruption. • Establish cloud strategy to assure high availability and agile portfolio that supports business needs. • Provide leadership vision enterprise-wide via decisive and insightful executive leadership, guiding operations, and policy implementation. • Manage strategic vendors relationship and framework agreements. • Assess new computing technologies to determine potential value for the company, and identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within multiple strategic business units. • Lead high-level projects for cyber security solutions to protect and maintain data integrity and networks security, using best-of-breed advanced technologies. In addition to physical security through state of the arts CCTV with AI technology supports HPH Egypt ports to get ISPS and C-TPAT certificates.
