Managing and motivating the staff to increase sales target through continuous training towards working efficiently. Regularly check all departments using a checklist to ensure standards are met. Achieving monthly and annual sales targets according to the approved plan. Achieving 110% of the annual sales goal last year. Monitoring inventory and manage purchase orders to ensure continuous product availability. Check shelf displays to ensure product availability and a smooth shopping experience. Handle customer complaints and solve any problems that may occur. Review and analyze daily reports, and assign tasks to department managers accordingly. Follow up and organize promotional and seasonal offers to help increase sales. Checking hygiene and personal cleanliness in all departments to keep a clean and safe workplace. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
