• Develop and manage team taking care of the transfer of know-how and of the development of expertise.
• Ensure that the validated forecasts are integrated in the information systems.
• Conduct on a monthly basis the brand targets and by channels.



Sales Analysis

• Lead cross-functional communication with sales and marketing to develop effective sell-in strategies.
• Control and follow volume trends of developmental SKUs, and report findings.
• Monitor depletion plan for de-listed SKUs stocks.
• Manage returnable and damages.
• Monitor and follow up routine and non-routine trade activities in order to support the achievement of optimum performance.
• Submit Monthly Performance analysis, highlighting opportunities and threats on business channels / regions.
• Calculate and analyze the gaps between forecasts and actual sales.
• Calculate and send the sales forecasts indicating reasons and consequences of achieving the targets

Brief Description of Job: - Receive and process Customer Orders verifying that prices, Terms, Conditions, Credit Facilities and Materials are available and correct, overcoming any problems through direct communication with the appropriate departments and/ or directly with the customer.
- Forward acknowledgement of each order to the customer within 24 hours of its receipt, along with intended availability/dispatch date.
- Produce invoices and consignment notes that correspond with the customer’s order requirements and arrange for delivery on the promised date, ensuring that items and quantities are in line with the documentation.
- Receive and check that all delivery notes are signed by the customer, and that appropriate action is taken against any identified discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve all service related enquiries and/or complaints, ensuring that each one is dealt with efficiently and effectively, thus providing complete customer satisfaction.
- Control and maintain stocks in line with the recommendations of Planning for minimum and maximum levels, ensuring that at all times "A" category items, and forecasted items are available from stock, operating the first in, first out principle.
- Receive, check and organize orderly storage for all incoming goods, inputting quantities into the database, and notifying Head Office of discrepancies.
- Receive and control all goods returned by the customer, arranging for credit notes, and quarantining items not suitable for re-sale.
- Forward monthly report to Sales Service Manager and Planning on all excess, slow moving, out of shelf-life and quarantined stock.
- Undertake full inventory checks for auditing purposes and frequent spot checks by item, to ensure the physical stock corresponds with the Data Base, informing Planning / Accounts of the results.
- Provide prompt service to all customers, ensuring efficient service and the minimum of delay in receiving their requirements.
- Control all cash transactions, making correct, accurate and frequent banking.
- Facilitate the processing of Customer samples on time, and as required by Sales.
- Ensure that the warehouse facility is well maintained, with housekeeping standards kept at the highest levels.
- Ensure all tools, equipment and vehicles to be maintained in good working order, following and documenting appropriate maintenance programmers, similarly with all fire-fighting equipment ensuring regular checks by approved service contractors.
- Minting orderly office and filing systems for administration and documentation relating to the Sales Service function.
- Assist in the motivation and training of all subordinates to the levels of competency required in their job descriptions.
- Have full knowledge of, and conduct all working practices within the Company's Quality Management Systems, and Health and Safety Policy.
