• Job Details: Involved in providing 24/7 support, managing IT Service Desk and delivering 2nd line support.  Monitoring and maintaining HP Z820 Workstations and network.  Talking staff through a series of actions either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.  Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.  Managing tape backups for 4 DL360 HP servers.  Managing HP Design Jet Large format printers and Xerox 7556, 7232, 7120 and 6180 MFP printers.  Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.  Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.  Supporting the roll-out of new applications.  Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with login security issues.  Giving L1 support to 10 systems in our Travel agency Etravel applications .i.e. Amadeus and Travel port Galileo system
