Testing and Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical)

• Job Details:Creating and executing project plans and timelines to meet changing needs and requirements. Responsible for coordination for all third party for MEP testing & commissioning work. Handling and arranging all approvals of method statement and sequence of operation. Commissioning management HVAC systems to meet the owner project requirement, basis of design and project specification. Responsible for handovering and functionality tests for all MEP systems to work as per approvals of sequence of operation and method of statement. Technical support and problem solving for any deficiency in the system. Responsible to submit all closed out documentation including asset list, punch list, operating instructions & maintenance manual.

Testing and Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical)

• Job Details:Review equipment submittals of commissioning scope of systems and approved compliance of the systems/equipment as per the project requirements. Assist procurement personnel in procuring mechanical equipment, materials and services, ensuring that the work produced complies with customer objectives and procedures. Verifying that the submittals for all equipment to be commissioned. Monitors, verifies and reports on mechanical commissioning activities to the commissioning manager concerning compliance with the PMP & contractor’s schedules. Responsible for identifying potential employer claims (back charges) and out of scope issues. Lead a team to undertake commissioning activities and interface with other disciplines to ensure integration of activities. Prepare method statements, procedures and routines as required.

Application and HVAC Engineer

• Job Details:Participation in various air-conditioning tenders for VRF and unitary products. Design, selection, and costing via global VRF software from Johnson Controls – Hitachi Air Conditioning. Maintain and develop technical knowledge of all HVAC (VRF, chiller and DX) systems, product ranges and designs. Reviewing HVAC submittal and technical documents for consultant/client approval by optimizing selection and compliance. Ensuring that the quotations and submittals are in line with project requirements and dynamics.
