• Job Details:Job description : Production Line Management. Follow up on Line Quality control . Setting plan and goals according to sales plan and follow up on implementation and resolve problems impeding the plan achievement. The coordination between production department and all departments help to ensure achieve the productivity plan . The supervision on and follow up the implementation the maintenance programs to ensure a higher efficiency to machines. Achieve the productivity plan with higher efficiency and higher quality with less expensive. Follow up the implementation of OSH and food safety programs. Training the workers in production management to develop . performance and solve their problems follow up the a maintenance program manufacturing place of walls , pavers , ceilings and lighting and succession. the development programs according to the Futuristic vision. Setting And: I participated in the development of ideas and implementation many of projects in production, quality and safety through leading teams work . SKILLS : 1-Production Lines Management. 2- Production Lines Quality Control. 3-Production programs planning. (Tactical& Strategic) . 4- Set the programs for performance development (Analytical & Workers management). 5- Development the production efficiency 6- Team work Leadership. 7- Problem analysis and make the optimum solution. 8- Good knowledge with water treatment. 9- Good knowledge with Syrup preparation. 10- Good knowledge with Chemical analysis. 11- Good knowledge with the Computer usage (Windows – Excel – PowerPoint - Internet). 12- Perfect knowledge with food plant sanitation. 13- Perfect knowledge with all transactions between Production and warehouses. 14- Perfect knowledge with (M& W) program. 15- Perfect knowledge with (SAP) program. 16- Communication with the others. 17-Utilize visual factor concepts to control and organize the work. 18- Ability on implementation the projects . Responsibilities: 1- Keep applying occupational safety instructions and food safety. 2-Set production area performance standards and align Organization. 3- Maintain an inventory of full goods to most efficiently Utilize finished Syrup and equipment. 4-Leads problem, solving activities for production. 5-Consult with interdepartmental resources concerning Problems which are affecting productivity, and take Corrective action. 6-Analyze all production reports to detect problem areas that may be the source of downtime and follow-up with appropriate resources to systematically eliminate sources of downtime. 7-Jointly develop with product availability resource (Scheduler) the production schedule to meet weekly sales demand. 8-Lead implementation of national and local initiatives for the production area (product, packaging, New technology). 9-Utilize visual factor concepts to control and organize the work. 10-Develop staffing and skill building plans for the Production area that directly links to delivering Yearly AOP. Work closely with HR for effective Implementation. 11- Coach the Workers in process improvement. 12-Execute the HACCP & AIB Systems 13-follow-up the Results achieve
