• Job Details:Managing and ensuring production on KHS Pet Line to meet demand for 2.25L bottles throughout Pakistan. Ensuring production of around 70,000 cases per day. Management and implementation of Production according to the plan. Ensuring proper frequency of lubrication on machines to be followed. Maintaining GMP of the area and ensuring proper compliance of Food Safety and Quality standards. Recording stoppages/failures on machine lines and development of suggestions/projects for improvement. Keep Line Spare Parts inventory as required. Ensuring the machine operators are well trained to carry out maintenance activities and ensuring hygiene of their machines. Perform and impose Maintenance activities over planned periods according to the TPM plans. Follow standard practice of maintenance module in SAP. Ensuring timely management of materials as per the production plans. Planning and execution of CAPEX and other improvement projects. Maintain discipline within the plant, identify training needs of staff, make them follow SHE Standards, monitoring of Production KPI's and keep team motivated and a winning unit.

Maintenance Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Planning and preparing maintenance activities during operation and shutdowns. • Establishing and maintaining effective system of preventive maintenance. • Co-ordinate and Lead the preventive maintenance pillar of World Class Manufacturing (WCM).

Trainee EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:I was working in the production area, looking after the maintenance of equipment and process and work in the best possible way to get maximum quality efficiency.
