In-charge of equipment spares and ordering. Establish maintenance strategies to install and commission equipment. Create and plan plant preventative maintenance procedures. Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs. Oversee and control maintenance costs.

• Job Details:Assigned to do machine interlock, data collection/monitoring and vision system. Use solid-works to draw and fabricate brackets for sensors. Assembly of mechanical parts on the customer machine. Mounting of components onto control panel eg, plc, power supply, terminal block. Panel wiring and soldering and onsite installations. Liaise with fabrication vendors to make sure parts ready for installation. Help out in purchasing of parts.
