Drive growth plans for the Contract to optimize profitability. • Develop and maintain a continuous improvement mindset to service delivery that generates “added value” to the business. • Prepare and check all quotations, documents, drawings, specifications, and quantities sought for any rectifications or project works requested by the Client • To provide the first point of contact to internal and external customers seeking support and information in Arabtec Envirogreen • To promote good relationships with the client, site personnel and to provide a professional image of Arabtec Envirogreen. • Liaise between inter-company transactions • Preparation of Payment Request: ensuring satisfactory &/or valid service reports; delivery notes; attendances; completion certificates • Petty Cash Custodian (Reimbursement) • Helpdesk using Rosmiman System (CAFM) - calls are log, converted to Work Orders and closed when completed • iVistor System – expected visitors of The Offices @ World Trade Center • iAttend – Maintenance Team attendance for payroll • Purchase Requisitions &/or PO Preparations using Tally System and Epromis System
