• Job Details:Predesign /Design/ Design&Build stage - June 2015 -Present Pre-Tender stage ▪ Study client project requirements, Space Programme, guidelines, standards, regulations. ▪ Review and/or contribute in the preparation of tender documents and strategy. o Tendering Stage: ▪ Review Tender document (design, specification, regulation) prior to submission as a public bid. ▪ Evaluate Bidders (consultant and contractors) prequalification and answering Bidders queries. ▪ Attending Mid-Bid meetings to clarify unclear issues. o Projects Stage: ▪ Attend project kick off meetings. ▪ Follow cost & time throughout project stages and coordinate between all disciplines. ▪ Attend Meeting with Client and Consultant to study project issues (design, specification, site, regulations, standards, etc.) ▪ Review, follow and approve all design stages (inception, concept, schematic, development, tendering Documents) ▪ Attribute Value engineering studies to each stage. o Auditing/Value engineer tasks ▪ Study project drawings and specifications against client requirements and regulations. ▪ Evaluate and recommend value engineer required. ▪ Contribute in project auditing board to audit contract technical documents and to assess existing Buildings. o Projects – which contribute in: Abu Dhabi Custom Head Quarter, Shiekh Zayed learning Centre, Abu Dhabi traffic management Centre, Abu Dhabi Police Academy, Al Ain Bus Depot, Bus Stations, Agricultural Extension Centres, Construction and maintenance of five central warehouses, boundary walls for 31 schools, Maintain & Install school shades, Razeen Labour Camp (Infrastructure), Societal Clubs and many others. Under construction Healthcare projects - January 2015 –June 2015 o Review all Projects under construction Design, variation order & Tender Documents. o Construction site routine inspection for purpose of Auditing and Quality Control. o Study lesson learned and how to avoid in other running and future Projects.
