• Job Details:Achievements • Developed, Managed, and delivered BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Model on top of the Group Level, and provide all subsidiaries and sister companies with all business shared services such as (Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery, Administration, Procurement, HR & Financial Services. • Drive Elements (Our Fintech Subsidiary) to be accredited according to CBE and GRC Regulations and Certificates. • Assist HHT Group for fundraising during VC process with EBRD, MCIT Eco-system & other Financial Facilities. • Drive RADIX (Our DX Subsidiary) to Manage a Project of Large Volume of Merchants & Vendors Connections, Analysis & Data with SAP Ariba. • Manage Project Management & Implementation Services for RADIX to implement SAP (HCM, FICO, PS & CRM) using ACTIVATE Methodology • Lead MNZ (Our Information Security Subsidiary) to deliver +100 Projects in Banking & Government Sectors in Egypt, KSA & Dubai. • Job Details:• Formulate and maintain corporate strategy, manage the strategic objectives and initiatives through a masterplan aligned with the Corporate Layer. • Managed the initiation, Foundation and the Operation of the Project Management Office with a clear mandate from the Corporate. • Managed All PMO Operations including Governance, Planning, Stakeholder Management, Reporting, Change Control, Document Management, Quality Management including Audits, proactive health checks and lessons learned. • Managed project management functions and the relative administrative functions (Procurement, Sourcing and Financial) • Adapt and controlled the applied project management framework with a defined management controls for Projects P&L, Collection Efficiency, Payments Due, Scope Creep, Planning Deviations, Tolerances of Constrains & Quality violations. • Built an Operation Standards Manual for the Internal & Provided Services Procedures, targeting Delivery & Investment Services Excellence.
