at zamzam spring: Recognized for saving plant approximately $ 2 M due to better identification of product flow that resulted in a change in accounting methodology,
Consolidate financial results and reports for all the group
At the vehicles and trucks assembling factory, new inventory and reordering policy were implemented, which reduced cost by 3%
Balancing between receivables and payables were succeeded after renegotiated contracts with suppliers and dealers


At Soubra group: with a budgeting plan professionally prepared , we were able to finance and buy 5 new machines costing more than 32 million Euro


At Al Sharq: Main problem were the accounts receivables and collections, with my methods and new credit application, we were able to minimize the collection period from 137 days to 25 days which solved the cash flow problem.


At Multi Kair: Accomplished four previous financial results were not prepared before my joining
