• Responsible for all Approved Shop Drawing, Material Submittal, Inspection Request General (IRG) , Request for Information (RFI) etc. to be submitted to Contractor.
• Ensure that all filing is up-to-date and other duties as requested from time to time.
• Maintaining the formal routine for purchase department, throughout a centralized ERP (Entrepreneur Resource Plan) system of Orion for various Civil, MEP, and Wooden, Art, Finishing, Office Automation, Stationery, Landscaping and other Construction Associated material.
• Handling Petty Cash, Data Entries, Accounts Supporting Works.
• Maintain Employees and works daily electronic attendance procedures, Absent Records, Activity Sheets Entry of Master Cards, Time Sheets, OT Sheets , Leave Records, Sick Leave Reports.
