4- Supervising and handling personnel issues ( work contracts, social insurance, hiring and termination formalities according to social insurance and labor law )
5- Monitoring and handling related social insurance transactions And forms ( form 1,2 and 6).
6- Monitoring and updating all labor law, taxes and social insurance new regulations .
7- Preparing and issuing all required personnel or salaries reports.
8- Reviewing and updating all necessary information on HRI system related to attendance, employee data and other related issues , etc.
9- Monitoring and notifying concerned Dept. Managers for employees’ probation schedules or due dates for annual renewal of employment contracts.
10- Organizing and participating in conducting orientation programs for newly hired employees.
11- Preparing the annual salary increase.
12- Handling other related duties as and when required.

• Maintain human resources records and employee files to ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations.
• Provide data entry on attendance, sick leaves, vacation and holiday leave. Tracks overtime and absenteeism in compliance with company policies and governmental regulations.
• Assists with compiling all information required to compile the monthly payroll.
